AFA Speed Batch(es)

You asked for it and now you have it! In order to prepare for Anime Festival Asia 2008, Elysium Cosplay has decided to come up with not one, but TWO speed batches. However, as these speed batches require quite some efforts in rescheduling, both on our side and one the side of the tailor, certain terms and conditions will have to apply.

AFA BATCH #1
Order Period: 25 - 31 September
Estimated Arrival: 25 October
No. of Available Slots *: 15
Additional Charge **: $20
ALL SLOTS FILLED.


AFA BATCH #2
Order Period: 5 - 15 October
Estimated Arrival: 12 November
No. of Available Slots *: 15
Additional Charge **: $25


(*) Slots are given on the first come first serve basis. In order words, there will be absolutely no reservation of slots allowed. The slot will be filled once the order has been paid for.

(**) The additional charge is imposed on every order in the batch. Therefore, for each order you place, your bill will be made up of the price of the costume + shipping fees + speed batch charge. As per other batches, shipping will only be collected when the costumes are here.

End of Year Batch

Please take note that this is the last batch of orders for the year 2008 and also the last one that will come in time for the end of the year cosplay events (Anime@EXPO, Comic Fiesta, Winter Matsuri).

Reservations are allowed in this batch but like the summer sale batch, each slot reservation will be charged a conditionally-refundable deposit of $10 for new customers. The $10 will be taken off the price of your costume when you place your order. But in the event that you cancel your reservation, the $10 will be absorbed by Elysium Cosplay.

Start of Order Period: 15 October
Order Deadline: 1 November (for reserved slots), 5 November (for non-reservations)

And lastly, just a friendly reminder: please do not send in your orders when there is no batch running at the moment. It gets confusing when I'm processing orders. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.

Yup, for new customers yes. If you've ordered from us before, you don't have to pay that deposit.

I just realised that you do not hold a batch every month >< (I am slow, sorry), but I wanted to make two costumes to wear for Chinese New Year next year, so that means I have to order with the EOY batch?

...when is Chinese New Year next year?

is the additional charges paid together with the shipping fees when the costume come?or?
