Greasepaint / facepaint?

Does anyone know where to find greasepaint / facepaint? It's going to be used for detailed face makeup, so I'm looking for durable stuff that doesn't cake and crack. Preferbly powder form, but activated with water(water based), sometimes known as aqua paint(?) or in Sticks for easy application. Notable brands are Ben Nye and Mehron(oil based), Snazaroo and Kyrolan(water based) but I'm not sure where to find those in Singapore. I can only pay in cash so ordering from the internet is a no-no unless ...

Permanent blood stain effect..

Hi, I need to make blood stains on my costume.. Problem is I dunno what paint to use?? For the result, I would like to make it permanent. So if I wanna reuse the costume, I dun hef to spill those temp blood effects dye thingy again... The dried up paint should be able to withstand washing... So that when I wash it, it does not bleed into other clothes or smear to more places of the costume than it should.... The first 2 kinds of paints that come to mind is acrylic paint and oil paint... ...
