1. Elysium Cosplay does not take any responsibility for items lost in shipment due to unexpected accidents and/or natural disasters.
2. Please note that the color of the preview photos may vary due to camera specs, computer screen etc. If a color swatch is not requested before order, it is assumed that you have left the decision to us based on our professional experience. We will not entertain any alterations that we judge to be unreasonable.
3. Orders will only be taken into consideration if they are fully paid for.
4. S/h fees will only be collected when the costume arrives so as to prevent any concerns about overcharging.
5. All items are shipped via EMS to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
6. Please check your costume when collecting. Elysium will not take any responsibility for any problems noted after collection.
7. Please make payment within 2 days after I've acknowledged your order.
8. Please collect your costume/boots within 2 weeks after they have arrived. Uncollected goods would be confiscated and dealt with accordingly.
9. Due to the amount of administration needed for boot orders, alterations would not be entertained.
10. If for any reason, we are unable to process or complete your order, we will contact by every means we can (PM, e-mail, SMS) to arrange for a refund. If we do not receive a reply from you, we will treat the order as void and close the account.
